Coughing up blood, flem, cramps, small appetite.? - blood in my flem

if it all started a few months ago .. Every day, I coughed a yellowish / greenish Flem .. ALL DAY. after month. Lately, my appetite has .. crazy I eat whenever I want .. goes directly to vomit and threw my system. My throat is a sore point, and my heart beats very fast. I also realized this morning when coughing as usual. Peices had their blood was red. The tired and yesterday had a slight fever. Ideas? Please help.
