Maui Macadamia Macaroons

Total time: 1 hr 17 min
Yield: 3 dozen
2-1/2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1 cup unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of tea. Vanilla
20 premium crackers, finely crushed
2 egg whites
6 squares BAKER'S semi-sweet baking chocolate, chopped, melted
Place coconut and nuts in 15x10-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly toasted, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool.
Combine milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the coconut mixture and cookie crumbs, mix well. Beat the egg whites, sometimes gently into the coconut mixture.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on lightly greased tray. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes or until browned on the edges. Cool completely. Once they cooled, dip the bottom of melted chocolate biscuit. Place on waxed paper. Refrigerator.

PLANTERS 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Oven to 350 F. Spread coconut and macadamia nuts in the pan 15x10x1 cm. Bake 10 minutes. or until lightly toasted, stirring frequently. Cool.

Bake 12 to 14 min. or until edges of cookies are lightly browned. Remove grill to cool completely. Melt chocolate as directed on the packaging., Rocio about cookies. Place on wax paper-lined shallow pan. Refrigerator until chocolate is set.
